Simply, put down a person who you think fits one of the characters personalities the best.

For example:

jaina -> misaka
Why? She's very demanding and sits in a high status, but is kind and loyal to her friends.

So on and so forth. Now, I'm not going to list all the characters. That's something you'll have to do. Plus, I'm too lazy to actually do it.

Also, if this is in the wrong section please move it.

Angel -> Last Order
Why? She's funny and has the habit of speaking in the third person. She's also damn curious.

Lore_Master -> Kuroko
Why? They behave too much alike, he's overly friendly in a slightly ecchi way, but makes up for it with overwhelming loyalty.

Chershire Cat -> Sphinx
She behaves a fair bit like Index's little kitten, from how she seems to pause to consider her answer before responds, to her methods of replying.
