Okay, I have a plot arc in mind, and it will result in either the Monsters of Tirrna becoming an accepted part of Tirrna by both the Magus and Commoners, at least those that are human like, Or that they loose that chance for a long time.
If the party succeeds in this Plot RP, they would gain the ability to enter any city as a normal part of things, but they would also be subject to all their laws. They would though be judged more harshly if those laws are broken, and no one would dispute the Hunters for putting a quest against any particular monster if it had broken the law. Any of those outlaw monsters that are caught by the hunters guild, or turned in by anyone would be subject to their punishment, which would either be death or a lifetime enslavement. The person who turns them in (or provides proof of their death) would gain the Souts of the guild quest. If they turn them in alive, and their punishment is enslavement, the person who turned them in would gain half of the sale price, and the other half would go to the recompense to the crime that they committed.

Nice but to me, it kinda seems like having this sort of option so quickly would kinda dissolve some of the tension and experience behind making a monster in this rp way too soon. If anything, I think it would be better if the best chance was monsters making strides towards acceptance rather then a flat out "Hell Yeah" this early in the ball game.

The plot arc will take... quite a while. and.... those in favor will actually have to win against those who don't want it. it will be the humans who, for some reason, like the monsters, and the monsters that want peace... against the ebil monsters, those who don't like or even just don't care for monsters, and those magus who don't want to loose even a smidgeon of power because of non humans. There will be a lot for those people to go through, and even with the vote, there will be no guarantee that they will win in the end.
